The Board of Directors has a key role in the development of the institutional strategy of our organization and works with the Executive Management to implement it. She has dedicated her professional career to the design and implementation of communication strategies, managing public affairs and crises, and training senior executives and officials to perform efficiently in public debates, presentations, and speeches.
For over 30 years, she has faced the challenges of leadership — she has organized teams with people of different ages, interests, backgrounds, and expectations; she has held positions of responsibility for which she has had to define goals and strategies; she has had to adapt to the demands of the public sector, the private sector, and entrepreneurship; she has had to question herself as a leader.

The idea of collaborative leadership runs through all her business ventures. She strongly believes that, when a daily task is rewarding for people, organizations become efficient and agile and quickly orient their actions to their purposes. The teams that share knowledge, experiences, and learning grow and move forward together with all their members.

Aside from these additions, the roles of the members of the Board of Directors were updated. Miriam Frías is currently the president, Ariel Merpert is the secretary, and Anabella López Clapier performs as the treasurer.
