"Strengthening the trajectory in STEM of young women in Argentina".
"Strengthening the trajectory in STEM of young women in Argentina".
We are looking for expanding development opportunities of women in the sector, motivating and promoting complete trajectories in technological areas.
We want to enrich and nurture young women's careers, especially in vulnerable socio-economic contexts, by offering a federal approach to cover the entire Argentine territory.
We promote the active participation of teachers and educational referents so that they act as transforming agents of the trajectories and interests of young women.
In Argentina, only 34% of those studying STEM careers are women (CET, 2022).

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING
We motivate and accompany 2,250 young Argentine women from vulnerable contexts through inspiring experiences, workshops for the development of technical knowledge and training in soft skills so that they can continue their careers in STEM.

TRAJECTORY TRACKING
We promote a community of support for 1,200 young people that strengthens learning and teamwork, generating a sense of belonging and sustaining their professional and academic careers.

TEACHER TRAINING
We trained 600 teachers and educational referents to become agents of transformation and promote inclusive educational environments that awaken interest in science and technology in boys and girls alike.
This project addresses the following
