A friend invited me to join. I liked that it targets young teenagers who have not yet decided what career path to follow, to inspire and motivate them to pursue something related to technology. I like being able to help in something that adds to the tech community.<\/p>\n
Design.<\/p>\n
Beyond giving a hand in accommodating the identity of Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda, I think that many areas in technology need a ux\/ui designer and that it is a more creative approach to technology.<\/p>\n
I believe that in technology as in any other profession, women are just as capable as men, and the gap that exists today is because the technology environment has always been categorized as a man's field.
