The Board of Directors plays a central role in the development of our organization's institutional strategy and works together with the Executive Board for its implementation. Its interdisciplinary team accompanies and guides the actions of Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda so that more and more young women in Latin America who identify with the female gender become creators of technology with social impact.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2024, we welcome Vanesa Cillo, Julieta Bel\u00e9n Taras, Melina Masnatta, Marina Bericua, Fernanda P\u00e9rez Marino and Lorena Marino as new members who join the professional team already formed by Miriam Fr\u00edas, Ariel Merpert and Anabella L\u00f3pez Clapier. The inclusion of diverse profiles, who contribute with their experiences in the educational, entrepreneurial and technological fields, is key to enhance the mission of Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda and promote a more inclusive technological ecosystem.

Vanesa Cillo:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Sr Director of Engineering at Salesforce. For over 15 years he has specialized in the world of software development from different perspectives, complexities, volumes, countries, technologies, businesses and companies.
\n<\/span>Vanessa will bring an innovative view on how to be a people manager or people developer, giving place to curiosity as a driver of change.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Julieta Bel\u00e9n Taras:<\/b><\/p>\n

CET Ambassador. Ssr. Software Engineer at Mercado Libre and interim second assistant at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires, in the Leveroni chair of the University of Buenos Aires.
\n<\/span>As part of his background, he worked at Lagash as a Junior Developer and intern.
\n<\/span>She was also part of Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda, being a mentor in the CET Clubs program.
\n<\/span>He studied Full Stack Development at Digital House and is currently studying Computer Engineering and Systems Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires.
\n<\/span>His passion for technology, his strong academic background and his participation in courses demonstrate his commitment to professional growth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Melina Masnatta:<\/b><\/p>\n

She was born in Chubut, in the Argentine Patagonia. She is a social entrepreneur (Ashoka fellow) in Education and Technology with a systemic and inclusive approach. She is deputy director of the Artificial Intelligence and Gender postgraduate program (UBA), Academic Coordinator of the Master in Business with orientation in technological and digital business and MBA professor (UDESA), as well as professor at undergraduate and postgraduate level, member of Advisory Boards, national and international lecturer. She received her Master's Degree and Specialist in Educational Technology at the University of Buenos Aires, graduated with special mention for her thesis on teaching practices as a framework for the creation of audiovisual and multimedia productions in public secondary schools, and graduated with honors from the Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences at the same university.<\/span><\/p>\n

She specializes in creativity, training, youth empowerment and diversity. She is currently a columnist on technology, art and education issues in the newspaper La Naci\u00f3n and collaborates in different media as a consultant and reference, such as MiT Technology Review, BID Educaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For 15 years he has been dedicated to creating solutions and educational opportunities with technology in an integral and systemic way. He has experience in design, development, research and evaluation of innovation projects and programs that articulate education and technology with a regional focus, both in the public and private sector and in international organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Marina Bericua:<\/b><\/p>\n

Director of Public, Corporate and Legal Affairs for Microsoft Argentina and Uruguay. She is a member of the global leadership team of Women at Microsoft, leading the Policy and Advocacy team. She serves as Director of Legal and Compliance at JPMorgan Argentina covering at different times Chile, Uruguay and Peru, was Director of the Master in Business Law at the Universidad de San Andr\u00e9s and Advisor to the Board of Directors of the National Securities Commission. Currently, she is a Professor of Law and MBA at Universidad de San Andr\u00e9s and a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Chamber of Software, the Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunications of the Argentine Republic, the Sadosky Foundation and a member of the Information Technology and Telecommunications Committee of AMCHAM. She is a lawyer and holds a Master's Degree in Law from Columbia University.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fernanda P\u00e9rez Marino:<\/b><\/p>\n

With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, she began her career as an international events coordinator and specialized in marketing within the technology sector. <\/span>
\n<\/span>Fernanda has experience leading the Marketing Direction for Microsoft in Argentina and Uruguay, as well as the strategic development of the developer community in the Southern Cone.\u00a0 <\/span>
\n<\/span>Later, she became involved in advising technology and fintech startups. Her interest in sustainability led her to train as a consultant in B-companies and to occupy the role of Chief of Staff in the hygiene area of the City Government. <\/span>
\n<\/span>Currently, as CMO at Qurable, a startup redefining loyalty programs through AI and Blockchain, he combines his marketing expertise with a passion for innovation and creating positive impact in the business world.<\/span>
\n<\/span>She also has experience in the educational field as a professor at the MBA of the University of Palermo, guiding new generations towards sustainable and ethical business practices.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Lorena Marino:<\/b>
\n<\/b>
\n<\/b>Founder and President of the consulting firm Crear Valor Juntos, specialized in mentoring and collaborative leadership. She is an honorary member of the Global Mentoring Network, is a member of the Public Relations Council of Argentina and of Vital Voices Cono Sur.<\/span>
\n<\/span>She studied Social Communication (USAL), completed a postgraduate degree in Senior Management (ESEADE) and another in Management Development (UADE). She has dedicated her professional career to the design and implementation of communication strategies, public affairs and crisis management, and to training senior executives and officials to perform efficiently in public debates, presentations and dissertations. <\/span>
\n<\/span>For more than 30 years she has faced the challenges of leadership: she has organized teams with people of different ages, interests, backgrounds and expectations; she has held positions of responsibility for which she has had to define objectives and strategies; she has had to adapt to the demands of the public sector, the private sector and entrepreneurship; and she has had to question herself as a leader.<\/span><\/p>\n

The idea of collaborative leadership runs through all his endeavors. He is firmly convinced that when the daily task is rewarding for people, organizations become efficient, agile and quickly orient actions to their purposes. Teams that share knowledge, experiences and learning grow and advance hand in hand with all their members.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>In addition to these additions, there was a renewal in the positions of the members of the Board of Directors.
