Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda launches a new new UX specific training opportunity <\/strong>together with Pedidos Ya. The program is free of charge and is aimed at 50 young people from Latin America<\/strong> from 16 to 23 years old. Together with mentors and women professionals in the field, the participants will take a virtual course for two months in which they will address theoretical and practical content to begin to specialize in user interface and user experience.<\/p>\n

The new proposal was designed jointly by the Training and Development team of Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda and technology specialists from Pedidos Ya with the objective of creating a comprehensive experience for the young women of the company. CET Community<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. They will have workshops and talks with the Pedidos Ya team to learn how to work in a technology company and what skills are required to develop professionally. In this experience they will create local solutions to social problems through the use of different methodologies and technologies available to them.<\/p>\n

During the course, participants will have access to the CET Campus, where they will find activities, exchanges and materials to deepen their knowledge. The virtual Campus of Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda has videos, tutorials and tools that guide the training process and generate digital experiences close to the world of real technological development.<\/p>\n

Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda develops specific training proposals to accompany young women in their careers as creators of technology with social impact and in the articulation of their knowledge with possibilities for growth in the workplace.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
