Having evidence is a starting point for rethinking practices, policies and decisions within companies, the educational ecosystem and the public sphere.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Moving towards a more egalitarian technological development requires will, commitment and concrete actions that expand opportunities, diversify roles and guarantee fairer conditions for those who are still underrepresented today.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

About Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Chicas en Tecnolog\u00eda is a non-profit civil society organization that, since 2015, has been accompanying young women in Latin America to move from being users to creators of purposeful technology. Through educational experiences, programs to accompany them into the world of work and a community of peer support, the organization promotes more equitable trajectories in the technological ecosystem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
