During a face-to-face day with virtual edition, young people from different regions gathered to imagine, design and prototype technological solutions with social impact, accompanied by mentors and professionals from the ecosystem.<br>\r\nThis year, the event had a special hallmark: the girls of the CET Community were the absolute protagonists. They participated in the conduction, led talks, integrated committees in the pre-production stage and accompanied new participants, multiplying the collaborative spirit that defines this space.<br>\r\nIn addition to the workshops and creative instances, PUMM 2025 was a point of encounter, inspiration and celebration. They met in person and virtually to share experiences, learning and projects, creating a space for exchange and collective growth.<br>\r\nIn addition, as part of the organization's 10th anniversary, we held a meeting with young people from the CET Community in Mexico City during the visit of our Executive Director Lucia Mauritzen. We provided a hybrid proposal where young women explored web development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and experienced how tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Visual Studio Code and GitHub can enhance learning and the creation of projects with social impact. And in a context that changes unannounced -where everything moves faster than the answers-, our task is to accompany: to enable real processes, to sustain questions before certainties and to promote curiosity, critical reflection and possibility, even when it still has no form.<\/p>\r\n                         <p>This year we not only strengthened our community: we also innovated. We opened conversations, brought new tools and accompanied the development of skills needed to navigate this changing context. From peer-to-peer mentoring to artificial intelligence experiences like IA Camp and events like PUMM, we created spaces where young women were protagonists, learning, creating and sharing technology with purpose. They bring the creativity, the power and the curiosity for the world to come; we build the bridge: spaces where technology can be explored with judgment, networks that connect real opportunities and programs that transform talent into study, work and projects with impact.<\/p>\r\n                        <p>None of this happens without community. To the young women, their families and teachers, to our partner organizations, to those who support us with resources and vision, and to the team that sustains this collective project: thank you.
