Luc\u00eda is an experienced professional in the field of people management and organizational development with a focus on regional expansion. She recently served as People Manager at Emi Labs, where she contributed significantly to strengthening the organizational culture and team development.<\/p>

Before joining Emi Labs, Luc\u00eda led the People area at Ripio for more than two years, acquiring in-depth knowledge in an innovative and disruptive industry. Her career also includes working at Lagash as Talent Development Analyst and at Mercado Libre accompanying technology teams.<\/p>

In addition, she was a teacher at Universidad Favaloro, tutor in educational programs with adolescents, and at INECO she worked with young adults and designed the wellness program.
