Santiago Mazzeo is Director of Institutional Development and Fund Development, with more than 20 years of experience strengthening and scaling organizations in the social and impact ecosystem in Latin America. He designs sustainability and growth strategies that integrate the private sector, international foundations and multilateral organizations, promoting innovative financing models and long-term partnerships. Throughout his career, he has accompanied processes of regional expansion and institutional consolidation, promoting solid structures that allow amplifying the impact of organizations.

He is an Industrial Engineer and has postgraduate studies in Governance and Public Management and in Management of Social Organizations. His training supports a strategic view on institutional development, intersectoral articulation and organizational capacity building. He works with the conviction that behind every solid strategy there is a concrete opportunity to expand rights and generate new possibilities.
