A very special year
We celebrate a decade of collective work that transformed stories, opened opportunities and empowered thousands of young people in Latin America.
Ten years later, this anniversary is not a closure, but an impulse to continue building a future where more girls can lead the technological world.
A decade of impact
"When we talk about these ten years, we don't just think about time. We think of thousands of stories..."

Innovate, connect and accompany
Experiences that drive a new generation in technology.
The CET Community was the protagonist. Young people from all over the region met to create, learn and lead in an ecosystem of experiences designed for them. From inspirational spaces to training and mentoring programs, we combined innovation, creativity and support networks for each one to explore and build their path in technology with confidence and purpose.
With current methodologies, connection opportunities and proposals focused on their interests, we promote trajectories that integrate learning, leadership and professional futures. Because when young women have tools, community and guidance, technology becomes a bridge to transform their lives and the world they are imagining.

Educational practices to transform
Within the framework of the project co-financed by the European Union, We work with schools, teachers and educational communities throughout the country to awaken early vocations in adolescent girls and show that technology can also be a space for them.
New resources for teachers: a site for teaching STEM with equity
We present a new site with materials and tools for teachers on STEM with a gender perspective. This digital reservoir gathers didactic resources for all educational levels -activities, games, applications and audiovisual material- designed to encourage the participation of girls, adolescents and young people in science and technology, with the support of specialists in education and gender equity.
+1200 downloads of educational materials.
Students: vocations born at school
We work with high schools across the country to bring technology to new generations with a gender perspective. We conduct unbiased technology creation workshops and invite schools to the event. PUMM, where they presented their projects, shared their learning and explored the STEM universe together with the CET Community.

Weaving networks to transform
Alliances that multiply impact
Thanks to the support of partner companies and organizations, this year we promote experiences that connect, inspire and strengthen the young talent that transforms Latin America. Each alliance is a commitment to innovation, diversity and the future.
Together with Fundación Cimientos and Enseñá por Argentina, we continue to develop the project “Strengthening the STEM careers of young women in Argentina”, co-financed by the European Union.

Looking to the future: innovation with awareness and purpose
Technological transformation is advancing at an unprecedented speed and redefining the way we work, learn and connect. In this scenario, marked by the advance of artificial intelligence and global changes, we believe in a path where innovation coexists with a critical, conscious and gender perspective.
In 2026, we will embark on a new strategic phase and reaffirm a conviction that guides everything we do: the Community is at the center. We know that the most profound transformations are born when young women meet, are inspired and build together. Our model - girls who encourage other girls - will continue to grow in order to strengthen leadership, multiply referents and activate real support networks.
We will continue to develop and expand innovative educational methodologies that allow more young people to acquire tools and skills so that technology can be a means to respond to the problems of their communities and generate social impact. From Chicas en Tecnología we want to continue encouraging young people to be protagonists of change: creators, leaders and active voices in the construction of a more just, diverse and inclusive future.
These transformations do not happen on their own: they are built collectively. We invite you to continue accompanying us to reach more young people. You can join us as a sponsor by writing to [email protected], or make a contribution through our website to enhance our programs and promote new opportunities.
Because the future is not something we wait for: it is something we create.
