Chicas en Tecnología is a non-profit organization legally registered in Argentina as a civil association. The organization and its programs are listed in the National Database Registry and the National Intellectual and Industrial Property Registry, so sharing them without the organization's prior consent is not allowed, and the same goes for the materials provided for the programs.

In accordance with the provisions of Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Personal Data Protection Law”), Chicas en Tecnología undertakes to (i) process Personal Data in accordance with applicable legislation, and not to apply or use it for any purpose other than the effective fulfillment of the objective of the “Protagonistas del Futuro” Program; (ii) not disclose such Personal Data, even for storage purposes, to any other person or entity except those of its employees who need access to it for the fulfillment and provision of the Program's purpose; (iii) maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the Personal Data to which it has access during the duration of this Program, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law; (iv) return or destroy, at the discretion of the owner, any Personal Data in its possession at the end of this program, in compliance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
