We are a non-profit organization from Argentina that seeks to reduce the gender gap in technology. Our aim is to ensure gender equality by enabling girls and young women and diversities to be powerful agents of change in a sector where they are a minority.

We offer free educational programs in STEM areas to young people between 13 to 23 years old from all over Latin America. Through them, they go from being users to creators of technology with social impact. We have a strategic roadmap tailored to their needs.

We contribute evidence on gender gap in technology to raise public awareness and provide recommendations to tackle gender bias with independent investigation and in association with organizations such as IABD, UN Women and Gender Scan.

We create multiple stakeholders initiatives to generate a systematic and sustainable change that enables gender gap in technology to be reduced.

“It is essential to empower young women and gender minorities in technology as a tool to develop and generate a positive impact in their communities. It is our responsibility to extend opportunities for everyone in the construction of an equal society”
