Director of Public, Corporate and Legal Affairs for Microsoft Argentina and Uruguay. She is a member of the global leadership team of Women at Microsoft, leading the Policy and Advocacy team. She serves as Director of Legal and Compliance at JPMorgan Argentina covering at different times Chile, Uruguay and Peru, was Director of the Master in Business Law at the Universidad de San Andrés and Advisor to the Board of Directors of the National Securities Commission.

Currently, she is a Professor of Law and MBA at Universidad de San Andrés and a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Chamber of Software, the Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunications of Argentina, the Sadosky Foundation and a member of the Information Technology and Telecommunications Committee of AMCHAM. She is a lawyer and holds a Master's Degree in Law from Columbia University.
