Bachelor's Degree in Administration (Universidad de Buenos Aires) with a postgraduate degree in Management and Administration of Non-Profit Organizations (UdeSA). Specialized in the development of alliances and attraction of corporate funds and individual donor strategy. 

She worked as director of fund development and communication in civil society organizations and taught Integration and Application Seminar and General Administration at the University of Buenos Aires.
