Lucía is an experienced professional in the field of people management and organizational development with a focus on regional expansion. She recently served as People Manager at Emi Labs, where she contributed significantly to strengthening the organizational culture and team development.

Before joining Emi Labs, Lucía led the People area at Ripio for more than two years, acquiring in-depth knowledge in an innovative and disruptive industry. Her career also includes working at Lagash as Talent Development Analyst and at Mercado Libre accompanying technology teams.

In addition, she was a teacher at Universidad Favaloro, tutor in educational programs with adolescents, and at INECO she worked with young adults and designed the wellness program.
