Founder and President of the consulting firm Crear Valor Juntos, specialized in mentoring and collaborative leadership. She is an honorary member of the Global Mentoring Network, is a member of the Public Relations Council of Argentina and of Vital Voices Cono Sur.

She studied Social Communication (USAL), completed a postgraduate degree in Senior Management (ESEADE) and another in Management Development (UADE). She has dedicated her professional career to the design and implementation of communication strategies, public affairs and crisis management, and to training senior executives and officials to perform efficiently in public debates, presentations and dissertations.
For more than 30 years she has faced the challenges of leadership: she has organized teams with people of different ages, interests, backgrounds and expectations; she has held positions of responsibility for which she has had to define objectives and strategies; she has had to adapt to the demands of the public sector, the private sector and entrepreneurship; and she has had to question herself as a leader.
