Degree in Human Resources (Universidad del Salvador) and Organizational Coach (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella - Newfield). Her academic career is complemented with postgraduate specializations in Human Resources (UBA and UTDT), studies in Agility (UTDT), Data Analytics (ITBA) and Social Responsibility (UDESA). Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Neurosciences and Education (UCA - Asociación Educar).

She has more than 15 years of corporate career and 5 years of experience advising leaders of the third sector in integral Human Resources matters. She served as leader of the areas of Training, Talent and Culture at Latam Airlines and La Nación and as leader for Latin America at The Walt Disney Company in the areas of Recruiting, Learning & Development. In 2019, she founded her consulting firm - The Kind Journey - where she offers executive and maternity coaching services, HR consulting and leadership training.
