To transform the technological ecosystem, we must first understand it. That is why we develop research with a gender perspective that makes inequalities visible, opens up questions and generates key evidence for decision-making.
We study educational trajectories, experiences of use, access and participation of women in technology, and we do it with open data and our own methodologies. Our reports have already been used by public agencies, media, companies and educational institutions throughout the region.
Because data is also a tool for change.
