We will continue to work with a systemic approach for more women choosing STEAM careers in Latin America, The reason for this is that in a year in which the use of technology was boosted, there are fewer women choosing careers in these areas.

With this objective, we incorporated a long-term and multidisciplinary view of all the people who are part of the organization, and we prepared a three-year strategic plan (2021-2023) that will guide the development and projection of CET as a pioneer and benchmark organization in technology and gender, seeking to guarantee the path of women to promote gender equity in genuine leadership positions in the Latin American technology ecosystem.
