Specialist in organizational culture and technology with social impact. She has more than ten years of experience in the technology ecosystem, leading processes of cultural and structural transformation in development companies in the region. She was Director of People & Culture, where she co-designed research and development projects for high performance teams, based on competencies and potential of people, and promoted labor inclusion initiatives that allowed more than 100 young people to overcome the access gap and reach their first job in IT.

She is co-founder of Shifta, a company dedicated to the creation of digital products with presence in three countries in the region, also generating technological projects with social impact, such as Inclusive Outings y Food + Plants. Miriam combines her expertise in people and culture management with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion and innovation in technology.
