The dilemmas of the future of work raise questions about what characteristics women leaders in the technology entrepreneurial field will need to have and Girls in Technology seeks to respond to them collectively, with the participation of all the actors that are part of this ecosystem.

With this objective in mind, the organization called sponsors and allies to a breakfast meeting to discuss and co-design the skills needed for the next generation of technology leaders. We believe in a systemic, sustainable, genuine change that involves different actors in society, through programs that have years of work and professionalization, so that girls learn not only a particular technology or language but also leadership skills, diversity, teamwork, which are key for the world of work to come.”, he explained Carolina Hadad, Co-Founder of Chicas en Tecnología. Melina Masnatta, The Executive Director and Co-Founder of the organization, added that in a scenario of technological innovation, knowledge of a programming language will no longer be enough; rather, it is essential to promote the development of versatile professional profiles that can adapt to new, ambiguous and agile situations.
