Ana joined us in March to co-create and design the Human Resources Area. She joins us thanks to the Digital House Graduate Volunteer Network. We tell you her story and why she chose to be part of it.
What is your profession and how is it linked to technology?

Why did you join Chicas en Tecnología?
I wanted to get involved and collaborate in an organization like Chicas en Tecnología that has a strong commitment to close the gender gap and empower women by inspiring a passion for technology. Transforming realities and giving tools that motivate girls to think differently and change their realities.
What do you think is your contribution of value to the organization's mission?
To inspire passion for technology and its potential to transform our lives, accompanying girls in their training and mobilizing the new generation of innovative and entrepreneurial women.
What is your role and what activities do you perform within Chicas en Tecnología?
I collaborate on issues related to human capital, from the structure of the organization through the search processes for new team members to key documentation on these issues.
Why do you think it is important that there are more women in the technological entrepreneurial environment?
Diversity, in all its senses and colors, generates a wealth of ideas and perspectives; from the varied and different, more innovative and integral solutions are obtained.
Do you want to tell us something else you think is valuable to inspire more Girls in Tech to join?
Life is about enjoying, being curious, trying, making mistakes, changing, searching and searching for that which is inside us and inspires us to be better professionals and, above all, better people. Girls in Technology is about that, about awakening curiosity, about believing in the potential to transform and transform ourselves, a journey that can take you wherever you want to go.
